ABOUT ME

“Home remodeling is just like any other business out there… It takes a lot of experience and a tremendous amount of knowledge”

WHO I AM

Michael Rubinstein – A Licensed & Insured Contractor

Hi, my name is Michael Rubinstein. I am the Owner and Remodeling Contractor behind L.I. HomePro. Building and remodeling has always been my dream and it is something that I love to do. My professional career began my senior year of high school some 20 years ago. Throughout the years, my experience gained from working among several reputable contractors has greatly increased my skill set to accommodate almost all aspects of home remodeling one could think of. I enjoy taking on new projects, learning new things, and meeting new people. Its a gift to be able to work with my hands and I truly feel blessed to be able to do what I love every day.

Consistent & Open Communication is Key

I take pride in running projects smoothly, on schedule and on budget. I also enjoy solving problems for my clients, who know that they can count on me with any concern at any time and get an immediate response. I believe in working with clients on a “One on One” basis. I’m a firm believer that being personally involved and building face to face relationships is extremely important. I wish I could be everyone’s remodeler, but of coarse that’s not possible. My sincere hope is that everyone who hires a contractor has a good experience and finishes the process of creating the home of their dreams! I know my goal each and every day is to provide the very same for my clients.

BEING A SMALL BUSINESS ISN’T AN EXCUSE. IT’S A GIFT

Unlike big companies, my operating costs are significantly low. I don’t ever hire any sales teams and never out-source any of my work. By giving my full and undivided attention, I personally manage each and every project from start to completion. Its extremely important to me to build relationships with clients that are more long-term, whereas bigger contracting companies are more short-term with their “hit and run” reputation. Being personally involved allows me to build trusting relationships that big companies rarely do. The end result for me is cost efficiency, good communication and customer satisfaction. Small enough to care, but big enough to execute.
